Benefit ProgramsHealth InsuranceAfter 13 weeks of employment, Fisher Industries pays the premium for the employee. The employee's family can also apply, but payment of the premium is the responsibility of the employee. After one year of service, Fisher Industries pays 100% of the insurance premium for the employee and his/her family. Employees receiving Davis Bacon Health and Welfare will be responsible for their total health insurance premium. To the top.
VacationAfter the first year of employment, employees accrue up to one week of vacation (five days). During the second year of employment, employees acrue up to two weeks of vacation. After the 10th year of employment, employees accrue up to three weeks of vacation; and after the 20th year of employment, employees accrue up to four weeks of vacation.To the top.
HolidaysFisher Industries has established seven days as holidays. Generally, operations cease and facilities are closed on these days:
Full Time Employees are paid for the holiday in the week that the holiday occurs. Seasonal and Temporary Employees receive the equivalent of 7 days per year added to their checks, prorated per hours worked.To the top.
